There are many different type of Visitors to a website these days, different type of customer want different type of personalised experiences when they are browsing your site. The more personalised the content feels, the more engaged with your site these visitors will be. But how do you ensure there is a personalised experience for different groups of customers ? The answer is with the Adobe Target’s Experience Targeting. In the following demonstration, you will see the Adobe Target’s Experience Targeting Activity in action. For the simplicity of this demonstration we will be Targeting based on the user Browser type.
Example Use Case: As a Marketing Director , I want to deliver a personalised experience to my customer based on their Browser Type.

This is just one of the simple Profile attributes that you can use to create audience to target on. Below is another example Quote that will change depending if you are on a Desktop , Tablet or Mobile. This the Demonstration below, we only changed the content if it was a mobile device or a tablet, else we will treat the user like they were on a desktop/laptop

Launch was just used here to load the Target Libraries into the page. no extra configuration were required inside launch for this type of Testing. This demonstration could also be done without Launch, if you choose so, ensure that AT,js or the mbox.js is included into your pages.

Lastly , Adobe Target was used to create the Audience based off the scenario. For this demo the audiences that were created include the following:
Mobile Users (Custom)
Tablet device
Chrome Browser
Firefox Browser
Internet Explorer
Afterwards, an Experience Targeting Activity was configured using these Audiences, each experience was given some text that corresponded to the Browser Type or Device Type.
